Board meeting of the European Disability Forum,
Vienna, 24 - 25 February 2006

From 24 to 25 February the Board meeting of the European Disability Forum (EDF) will be held in Vienna. As the umbrella organisation of all European disability groups, the EDF represents the interests of about 50 million people with disabilities in the European Union as well as in Norway and Iceland.

One of its founding members is the Austrian National Council of Disabled Persons (Österreichische Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Rehabilitation /ÖAR), which is also represented in the Board. The European Disability Forum organises two Board meetings a year in the country holding the EU Presidency.
